This is Dularge, Southeast of Houma, one of the four fingers of the bayous
of Terrebonne Parish: When the Levee broke, Bayou Dularge overran its
banks, flooding the homes and fields. These folks pretty much lost all
their belongings inside and outside due to flood waters.
